This department enforces the city's code of Ordinances and all state or federal
regulations related to solid waste, property issues, recycling
and environmental issues. We conduct site inspections and
investigate complaints regarding overgrown lots and unsightly/unsafe
property. This department serves as the liaison between the city and EPD.
