CDBG (Community
Development Block Grant)

The CDBG Program
provides funding to assist a wide range of eligible
activities, including housing improvement projects, public
facilities (ex. water and sewer lines), buildings (ex. local
health centers or head start centers), and economic
development projects. All projects must substantially
benefit low and moderate-income persons.

CHIP (Community
HOME Investment Program)

The CHIP program
provides funds for rehabilitation and down payment
assistance to low to moderate-income persons.
