IIf
you are planning to develop a subdivision, preliminary plans
should be brought to the Community & Economic Development
Office. These plans will be reviewed by other City Officials
for their input and comments prior to presentation to the
Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning
Commission must approve preliminary plans in order for a
developer to proceed with construction. The Planning & Zoning
Commission meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 4:00 pm and
the applicant must be present for the meeting. |
