All rezoning matters are required to go before the Planning and
Zoning Commission. The Commission will review and make a
recommendation to the City Council at the next scheduled City
Council meeting. There is a $100 application fee for all
rezoning requests. The request must be accompanied by three (3)
copies of a rezoning plat prepared by a registered surveyor.
Special Exception
applications must be submitted 15 days prior to the monthly
meeting. Rezoning applications must be submitted 7 days prior to
the monthly meeting. The monthly meeting is held the 3rd Tuesday of every
month at 4:00 p.m. and the applicant must be present for the
meeting.
