On initial work orders the gas department will turn on your gas and light
pilots on gas appliances. If you are not home and we notice movement
on the gas meter, we will not leave the meter on. We will leave you a "blue
card" to contact us for an appointment to light your pilot lights. It is
important that someone be at your residence so we can come in to light pilots on
your furnace, water heater, stove or any other gas appliance.
All other requests for pilot light services
should be directed to Customer Service at 229-924-4411. There is a $35.00 fee
for this service for up to 3 pilots.
If you are having trouble with a gas appliance, we will
advise you to call a repair service company.
