All zoning matters are required to go before the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission will review and make a recommendation to the City Council at the next scheduled City Council meeting.

There is a $250 application fee for all zoning requests. The request must be accompanied by three (3) copies of a zoning plat prepared by a registered surveyor.

All applications are due by the 25th of the month.

The monthly meeting is held the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. and the applicant must be present for the meeting.

Note: Special Exceptions are only allowed in an R-2 District.
